The Nigeria Chem 2014 will be held by the CCPIT Association Chemistry, supported by Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment and Ministry of Agriculture in Nigeria. According to Nigeria’s local media, Nigeria spend $3.6 billion every year on chemical products, of which about $3.2 billion on import, and so many products come from China directly or indirectly. And its pesticide market also has very good fundation with great increasing potention of local crops, thus government in Nigeria and some nearby countries all consider agriculture prior to other economies. Nigeria as an example, its chemical plant protection costs about $120 million.

In order to strenghthen exchanges between Chinese and Nigerian chemical and industrial fields, and response to Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment and Ministry of Agriculture of Nigeria’s entrustment, the CCPIT Association Chemistry will invite domestic chemical and industiral enterprises to Nigeria to explore this emerging market together.
